UPVC, also known as rigid PVC, is an amorphous thermoplastic resin composed of vinyl chloride monomers after polymerization and adding certain additives (such as stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, etc.). UPVC has high melt viscosity and poor fluidity. Even if the injection pressure and temperature are increased, the fluidity does not change much. In addition, the molding temperature of the resin is very close to the thermal decomposition temperature, making it a difficult material to mold. UPVC pipe is used for supplying water , and it is a water pipe used for drinking. Compared with the drainage pipe, the requirements are higher. In addition to meeting the physical properties, the material generally requires new PVC and environmental protection, which are very important. PVC pipes are also used for farmland irrigation. The big difference from drainage pipes is that they can withstand the pressure. If it is a water supply project, it also needs sanitation indicators, non-toxic and pollution-free detection indicators.
PVC pipes have different pressure levels, commonly used: 0.2Mpa, 0.3Mpa, 0.6Mpa, 1.0Mpa, 1.6Mpa, regular products are marked with this value on the pipe wall.
1. PVC pipe is often used as a threaded pipe. Soft PVC pipe is usually used. The pipe has good toughness and good ductility. Common sizes are 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm.
2. PVC pipes are also widely used as water supply pipes, which can be used in domestic environments, commercial places, and industrial fields. The water pipe is a rigid PVC pipe, which has good strength, strong aging resistance and long service life. The nominal diameter of the water supply pipe is larger than the threaded pipe, but it is not as large as the drain pipe. There are usually 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 75mm, 90mm, 110mm, 200mm and so on. It should be smaller in the home environment and larger in the industrial environment.

The performance requirements of the PVC pipe as a drainage pipe are relatively high, not only must the surface hardness be good, meet the safety factor, the tensile strength and aging resistance requirements are also high. In order to meet industrial emission requirements, PVC pipes must also have a certain resistance to acid and alkali. The nominal diameter of the drainage pipe is the larger of all PVC pipes. Generally, the residential environment can use less than 160mm. The main drainage pipes and industrial sites can choose 200mm, 250mm, 315mm, 400mm, 500mm and other sizes.
